Artisan ice creams are made by means of a process in which the intervention of the personnel constitutes the predominant factor, thus obtaining an individualized final result, which is not adapted to mechanized industrial production or in large groups.

In Helados Alonso, selected raw materials are used such as milk and derivatives of national origin, Nougat from Jijona, Bourbon Vanilla from Madagascar or top quality chocolates.

Our products are manufactured in a traditional way, without mechanization, they are made one by one making them unique and exclusive
